I bring you greetings and a warm welcome on behalf of the leadership and members of the Chi Chi Chi Chapter, Incorporated, of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated. 

 

My name is Dr. Porshia Mahoro, and I am elated to serve as chapter president. Chi Eta Phi Sorority was founded in 1932 by a group of nurses, under the motto, "Service for Humanity". In this professional nursing organization, all members, both male and female, are registered nurses. The Chi Chi Chi Chapter was chartered on July 16, 2016 with a goal to bring "Service for Humanity" to the Memphis Community. Our members span an array of nursing specialties, including clinical nursing, case management, clinical nurse management, academia, research, informatics, and advanced practice nursing. 

 

The Chi Chi Chi Chapter was recently recognized at the national level with a Banner Award for our work in the community around the sorority's national programs, which include disease prevention, health promotion, programs for seniors, youth, and young adults, community health outreach, and leadership development. 

 

We look forward to continued partnerships and new partnerships to help our community accomplish the best health outcomes, and we appreciate your visit to this site to learn more about our organization.
